Welcome to The Data Book listing editor

This online listing editor lets you add a new listing or update an existing listing for The Data Book. Online listings can be added at any time of the year. You can choose between a basic FREE listing, or we have a range of options to help market you and your services.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:


1: Listings can be added as either Company or Personal listings. If you want to take both you can do so; many people do. You will see a Radio Button on the listing form to indicate which you are currently working on. At this stage the two do need to be added separately, so you will need to visit twice to achieve this desired result. If you have any problems or are unsure about how you would like to have your listings appear, just call us on +64-9-529 3000 and we will help you sort it out.
2: As you work your way through the listings process, remember to Save each Section before moving on to the next.
3: Once you have confirmed your listings, you will either exit the Listings Update section (if no payment is required) or be taken to the Mediaweb Shopping Mall. There you will be able to generate an invoice, and pay immediately via Visa or Mastercard, or email the invoice to yourself and pay later. All listings are added to the live website on receipt of payment.
4: We renamed two of the listing types last year. The old Bold listing is now Premium, and the Boxed listing is now Elite.

Listing Prices:


Standard: Your first Standard
listing is Free
Additional Standard: $35 per category
Premium: $100 per category
Premium with Logo: $150 per category
Elite: $150 per category
Elite with Logo: $200 per category


Why pay more?

Listings on The Data Book website are displayed in alphabetical order within Elite, then Premium, then Standard listings. The more you pay, the higher up the results your listing will appear. On top of that, Standard listings can only be viewed by Registered subscribers to The Data Book. Premium and Elite listings can be viewed by all website visitors. You can maximise your spend by mixing and matching your listing types across various categories. You may also find it useful to browse The Data Book website looking for people you work with, and your competitors, to see how your listings will compare to theirs. AND, if you select five elements on offer, such as three listings, a subscription to Onfilm magazine and your own copy of The Data Book, we'll give you an overall 15% discount.
